The website looks fishy. Rule of thumb: If the website looks plain and simple like that one does I wouldn't buy from them. If you have to put your credit card information to purchase something and don't see the verisign logo or other encrypted technology logo stay away. If you need a part just to go a junkyard or check on craigslist.com or eBay.

alright well I ordered from them, but i recieved an confermation email but i also recieved a notification email saying that my email did not go through to them....does this mean that I did not order from them? I wish they would return my calls, I also wish that junk yards around here had honda cars in them instead of all GM Ford and Dodge. Dumb rednecks not buying imports.

actually not really haha PLUS i only paid for the panel but not shipping, they never gave me a total for everything so how are they going to charge me for shipping if i haven't authorized it yet?....plus i live in canada, usually if someone orders from a company, they provide you with all the information like which shipping company, like ups so i'll know extra fees when it comes, tracking # etc....like who orders something and then just wait for it to come whenever?" actually i usually do that...but in this case i need to know because i'm painting other parts so i'd like to know plus it's getting cold/winters coming so i don't want to do all this in the winter

okayyy? well like i keep saying.. there is NO WAY you are going ot get a hold of him.. Its a trading post... so when you place an order.. the guy then places the order with company that makes the part over seas.. then they make it.. ship it to him.. then he sends it to you.. so thats hwy it takes so long.. annnd i also think that it is just one guy running this whole operation so thats why he doesnt have a phone number or anything to ocntact him with... sooo pretty much your never gonna get a hold of someone.. if your that worried then just cancel your payment or something... idk...

OK, I AM fixmyrust.com. I can field any questions or comments here. We are a family business and yes it does seem like I do all the work around here. My name is Jeremy Richards and I'll do whatever I can to help you get what you need. Bryce Fairburn, your order has shipped to Canada. We make and administer our own websites, so if you'd prefer to give your money to a huge corporation that pays overpriced webmasters to make websites that aren't really that much better, then what can I say? We're doing our best. We generally stock 20 sets of wheel arch repair panels for the 88-91 Civic and as many as 50 sets for the 92-95. If we can save on shipping costs by shipping from a warehouse that is closer to you, we will. We also charge ACTUAL shipping costs, unlike a lot of companies who "estimate" shipping charges and charge them in advance. When an order comes through on our website for six different panels, there's no way for the system to know that we intend to put all six of those panels in the same box for one low shipping rate. Anyone who's charging in advance for shipping is "estimating" and they're definately not going to go low. We wait until we get our UPS invoice and then we go back and charge what we are being charged, passing our volume discounts on to our customers. I don't know why the emails are coming back as denied. It must be a problem with something that's supposed to be automated. We are getting our emails and I can be reached at info@fixmyrust.com and also JayCR48@***.net. Our toll free number is 877-234-9222. Our website is www.fixmyrust.com and we're also going to be working on another site called www.civicrustrepair.com. gqstatus05 if you have suggestions to make the website less "plain" please let me know. Our site is secure and we have a secured seal at the bottom of every page. Let me know how I can help.

Also, we've got the website down right now, we're trying to reconfigure it to make it faster. Today is Oct 6, 2009 and it is about 12:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. We expect the site to be back up within about two hours. Hopefully it will be a lot faster this time.

Our website has been moved to a a server that should be light years faster. Our homepage should load pretty quickly now unless you have a bunch of tools enable on Firefox. The menu should be much more easily navigatable and the category pages and parts pages should also load fast. Call us at 877-234-9222 if you have any questions or email info@fixmyrust.com.
