hey guys just a little background on the car its a brand new built b18b1 stock crank eagle rods cp 9:1 compression pistons ported and polished head stock vavletrain stock intake manifold the car is obd1 on a pr4 chipped ecu running dsm black tops with inline resistors installed.

HAS FUEL
HAS SPARK
HAS COMPRESSION
ON TIME

The car will turn over and try to start it even sounds as if its going to fire off but just doesn't it has good spark has fuel and is on time and the compression is good the motor was just rebuilt and installed in the car its running on a pr4 ecu does anyone have any idea what i need to check to get my motor running maybe some sensors that could have went out that wouldnt allow the car to start i have looked at everything i know please help and like i said the car HAS FUEL SPARK AND COMPRESSION AND IS ON TIME

 

I would check the timing, and make sure TDC is on the compression side. I would also check to see when at TDC the dizzy rotor is pointing at number one.
