i'm reusing the stock rods and got a deal on pistons this is a budget build will i benefit from arp rod bolts or will the stock ones be fine only going for 250 horse
how much will it cost you to machine the rods and put the arp bolts in? You can get eagle h-beam rods for like $300.
Is this for b-series? D-series?

when you put arp rod bolts in you will need to rehone the rods. by the time you pay to press the pins in and buy the rod bolts and rehone the rods......you could have just got eagle rods. i found this out from a friends build...lol
I know this is accepted as correct information, but I and a bunch of others have swapped in ARP rod bolts without re-sizing the big end, and it works great.
