2009 Civic EX 2dr Coupe: Best Shiftknob/boot that fits the interior? Suggestions?
My buddy just got one, and he wanted my suggestion on a good ****.
Well i've been out of the loop on shift *****/honda products since like 05', but i used to love the 'stick' style spoon silver metal 5 speed ****.
Is there anything like that, titanium, something that is out now that would work with that interior? I think that old school spoon **** would look nice, but it says 5 speed....
Also pics would be very helpful if you have it installed. Thanks!

As for a ****, you technically could use a spoon 5spd ****. It would look awkward and not make much sense, but hey. Not like you need to look at the **** to know what gear you're in.
You can tell the bitches when you throw it into 6th..."This is a secret gear"

they have some pretty dope mirrored finish titanium *****.
i was looking at those first, but i decided to go HOP with
the fd2 type-r shift ****.

^^Thanks for the suggestions..... Hmm....
I might make him buy the Mugen one (older version, in black), and mate that with the red stitched shift boot....

Or maybe the OEM Type R shift ****, with the red boot hmm......

If it came down to it, i'd make him get the Mugen ****, but thats alot of loot, and I dunno if he'd be down to get that ****.

Do any of you guys have any of these *****?

*I have the FD2 ****, and I love it. I get compliments on it all of the time, even from people that don't know it's not stock for the Si. The only complaints I would have are that when my car sits the **** gets really cold during the winter and very hot during the summer, but that's no big deal. Feels much better in my hand than the stock Si ****.*

Cool.
Also how do the shift boots work? I remember with my old hatch, i loved how the ITR shift boots had that ring, I would put a rubber band under it and it would hold it up to the shift **** and **** flush. I noticed with this boot it doesnt have that ring... i was wondering how it looks like all together with a nice shift ****... i hate the look of the shifter showing and not being covered up....(lol im talking like this is going on my car or something)

I'm going to give the Skunk2 **** a good try. If I don't like it then I'll order a Type-R and roll with that. You can also check out TWM Performance, they carry their own ***** and boots for Civics. Auger Resources makes a Delrin **** and tons of different shifter boots.
