Icon2 alarm after power door conversion

like the title says I need help with my alarm after I did the power door conversion in my 96 hatch I used the repo.jackmoves.com page for the install so I have a 98 ex floor harness doorlocks and window motors. Everything is working or is getting there but my problem is that when I arm my alarm now it won't lock my doors where do I need to splice into to get the doors to lock or should I have this taken to an installer to help my alarm system is a viper 350hv and I had power locks with aftermarket 2 wire lock actuators. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Before you do anything. You said you converted your car to full power. Now the problem is did you use the full harness out the doner car to finish your car. If not you can not get the door locks behind the radio. Did the doors that you use have factory lock motors? If so you can save yourself time and use them instead of the aftermarket ones. You can also use the factory keyless entry relay box too. ITs going to be hard to pinpoint this because it matters on how you wired up the car. I seen to many floor harness done wrong.

Lock is green/white.
Unlock is green/orange.

Either at green plug behind HU or blue plug under drivers kick panel trim, they are Type B, [neg.(-) trigger] connect the alarms door lock green to the green/white and the blue to the green/orange.94

alarm system locks doors but power lock switch doesn't work anymore now not a big deal but if you lock the driver door while the passenger door is unlocked it locks the door so I'm happy with that if some one knows how to fix that let me know and ill try it and ill let you know the outcome of it
