ok doods.... i need your help, if you've taken the sunroof off i think you'll be able to assist me on this..

For some reason after i've taken the sunroof off i can't seem to be able to have the bolts line up precisely... if you didn't know there are 10 screws holding the damn thing on i'll have like 2 bolts on each side lined up like perfect in the middle and the sunroof will fit almost perfectly however on the other holes the bolts don't line up as dead center as i'd like???? is this normal?? lemme try to illustrate this. if these are the bolt holes on one side ... the fronts back and other sides will be off, i've tried every which way but they just won't ALL line up straight maybe 7 of the 10 (7/10) line up straight but the others just wont

its not exactly like this, but you get the idea... also to let you know in advance i do understand the concept of tightening bolts evenly example: when tightning in star pattern when putting on lugs on a wheel............


QUESTION 2:
lastly i wanted to replace the drain tubes and i figured i could just buy vinyl tubing at a hardware store however when i looked up the diagram, i can't understand why the tube looks to be seperated in the middle? can someone explain this??? please see below # 5 and # 3

just for the hell of it i believe ooo we make sunwoof with cheap tube so when it get old it dry rot and leak |) lol i did mine with clear tube so i can make shure no dirt gets cloged in it wich it never should but u never know

 

The picture just cuts out the center section so that you
can see what is on both ends..it would actually be one contiguous piece...
