two days later it came out again.
so today i put it in by myself and 10 mins later i hear a bolt hit the ground and it was my crank pully bolt.

are you sure the other one didnt snap and a little bit of debris isnt in there. Or Is the crank keyway intact. Not being there will cause pulley to have play. Play will wiggle the bolt loose!
take the crank pulley off and look at the crankshaft. there will be a raised section. a little rectangular piece of metal. http://www.difflock.com/servicing/30...ley-Keyway.jpg should fit in a slot like that. Make sure it is there. And make sure it isnt crushed or your pulley isnt stripped where the keyway goes!

ill check that tommrrow. any more suggestions.
a crank bolt needs to be torqued as well. Id say guestimate 80 ftlbs .. I work at a dealership and this is actually a common problem and a recall where i work so ive dealt with it. What are you tightening it with!?
