Hi,
I'm trying to find a degreaser to clean my engine block with...Any degreaser I've found states that the engine must idle for 2 mins to warm up before degreasing...but my engine isn't in my car yet.
Know of any degreasers that don't require the engine to be heated?
Thanks...

Last time I used Simple Green, but that might require the engine to be warm.. not sure. You could probably just let the engine sit in the sun for awhile and that would be fine.
I used to use Castrol Super Clean. It can be rather harsh if it gets on your skin or in your eyes, but I know for a fact that it states it should be used on a cold engine. So I would say try that.

Devin, it's acutually better when the engine is cool.
By being cool it doesn't allow the degreaser to stick & is allot easier to take off.
Use any type of degreaser, just don't let it sit for to long 5 - 10 minutes is good depending on how dirty the engine is...
