Before you spend money on a new one pull your instrument cluster apart and make sure all of your connections are tight.

ZC : i have done that like 3 times, the rpm guage dosent work, and i dont know what other ones dont work. Is there anything else i should check.

For an aftermarket one, should i get a tachometer, like RPM's or what should i get? Thanky you.

This is true. I use an autometer tach. It gives a much better reading than the stock tach.
