Need Help With My 2000 GSR 2dr
Ok. So we ruined two bushings when installing my rear shocks. We are able to get them out, but the thing is, I dont know which bushings to buy to replace them. It would be much appreciated if someone could send me a link to what I need to buy. Here are the pics...
Rear Lower Control Arm Passenger Side: This bushing holds the shock in place:

Rear Arm Driver Side (Not sure what this is called, My friend has the ruined one in his possession so I couldn't snap a pic):

Here is a pic of the new shocks ready to go in for good measure...

I realize this could probably go in the Integra forum but GDD gets way more hits and i need my car back asap. O yea and never let your friends work on your car...
Thanks

Thanks, that definitely helps. Unfortunately they don't seem to sell the bushing for the upper arm. I would get the energy ones but really don't have time to install all of them so it would be a waste to buy the entire kit.
Well now I have, but I think I might just buy the shock bushing and the entire upper arm. Its 63 then only 15 for overnight, so even if I bought just the bushing somewhere else they usually want at least 30 for overnight so it almost averages out.
I did rent a bushing press from advanced auto which didn't work getting the bushings out but hopefully it will work getting them in. My friend sawzalled one of them out already so I'm pretty sure the other one he can too.

First off, the bushing press is useful for this job. At least it was for me.
We sawzalled the bushing after having ripped out the inside of it and it came out super easy.
Next we sanded all of the rust from the inside of the control arm.
We then greased it up and banged it in there with a hammer.
Job done.
