i am using this cant really tell but im sure it works you just need longer studs well i did anyway

Using something similar I had made (used a higher heat resistant material). Works great so far. Repeatability (due to less heat in the intake) and ease to cool are much better...

I've only test-fitted mine and all I can say is that I need to dremel out a couple of the stud holes and also a few places along the ports.

works great, keeps temps down about 30F.
get the longer stock manifold studs from Honda, they make slightly longer ones that work great!

yah i know most of my friends from da ALL MOTOR GROUP in new zealand are using hondata head gasket but they are using da race type....da one u have to run ur coolant hoses or sumthin to make da intake manifold more cooler. also u have to modify da thermostat(drill 6 holes). i dont know sounds complicated.....i juss wanted some feed back from da guys in da states.
