What car is it off and what are it's dimensions? It's very hard to tell just from a pic whether or not a lip will be too big or not big enough.

Anything could fit with the right amount of fab work. wheather or not it is going to look good is another story.

Well, The most obvious answer to your qusetion would be .... maybe.

There's not a lot to work with.
The oem fascias (bumper cover) are urethane (very flexible).
It would be much, much easier if you were dealing with Fiberglas.

You do realize you're going to finance some kid's college tuition, right?

Walk outside and look at your bumper.

Where on earth are those fog lights/brake ducts going to go? You will most certainly have to cut stuff up to make it fit.

They are going in the trash can of course, right next to the dulled down hack saw blade.

It will fit, just not a bolt on deal. Custom work.

I suppose, personally having bondo or fiberglass that close to the ground seems like a bad idea, especially on a flexible part like the ABS bumpers. And the 94/95 bumper is probably a better point to start with because of that center section. If you look at the 96/97 lips they are just flat and hang across the bottom - not overhang into the lower grill. 94/95 lip wraps into the lower grill from factory.

First off, the pieces you're working with are too flexible to use bondo on. It will crack almost immediately upon drying. In effect, you're going to have to either weld or epoxy the two together.
