are you able to state ref and smog jdm motors such as a zc?

 

If its a SOHC ZC in an EF I dont see why not since it looks almost identical to the D16A6. Just as long as you have your OEM intake and exhaust manifold, they shouldnt hassle you.


I got smogged with a Y8 on my DX. Smog place didnt even notice.

Smog places USUALLY dont look for swaps. They just want to make sure your emissions is hooked up and they call it a day.
