I think it really depends on the mod's you have, for example jdm 4-1 header.

 

you should be able to fit it. if not then just go to a muffler shop and get if fitted. its no work at all.

 

Exhaust is one of those things that you can make fit no matter what.. you can always add a lil more pipe with some pipe clamps or get it welded or you can cut part of the exhaust off if need be. Its not hard at all to make exhaust fit. Just my 2 cents.
