Default GSR water pump on LS w/o going LSv-tec

i was just wondering if it will work cuz i am not going to go lsv-tec just wanted to put on the GSR water pump and oil pump wit the timing belt cuz my homie can get me a deal for the new OEM stuff. will there be any after affects by doing this without going LSV-tec?

as long as you use the gsr timing belt with it, all is good.

yeah whatever waterpump you use make sure its the same belt. b16 pump b16 belt etc..
