Default faster power windows?

Is there any way to get power windows to go up and faster? I know its a movie a, but its a perfect example of what im trying to find out... in the first fast and furious movie when the guy with the white is about to race the asian guy with the s2k, the asain guys windows roll down really fast... is that really just for the movie or is that actually possible?

wow lol..... i cant believe anyone would ask this lol....

its obvious an S2k window rolls down faster than a civics... deal with it

or you can crank up the amperage on your window motor.... then burn it out haha

or do a manual window conversion and start working owt!!

Or..you can fund window motors from an S2K at a junkyard and do it that way. Movie producers and crews will modify a car to do what they way; hence, the window rolls down faster for a dramatic effect.

Side note, this clarifies movie lies ha ha http://www.autoblog.com/2009/09/21/v...-skyline-from/

Anyway, for what it is worth if you can find a faster motor and retro-fit it to your track and keep the track lubricated you will have your fast window. Personally, I am just glad to have automatic windows.

I'm pretty sure s2k windows are faster. I know that the windows in my cousins bimmer roll down much faster than mine. Probably because it's an m5 and I have a civic. Better quality car better quality features.

have you ever considered the usage and age of both cars? that s2k was probably put out the year that god-forsaken movie was made. That was probably the 20th time that window had been used in that poor cars life.

First try spraying some silicone lubricant into the rubber side channels where the window glass slides. This may make the windows roll up and down a bit more quickly.

companies that sell grounding kits are also selling voltage boosters too they make your interior lights brighter and windows move faster,

i would get an aftermarket battery though.

make sure the moving parts are not dried up, that over time will slow them down... and it's free to fix
