Default Oil Leak Problem. paid a Shop.

Okay so I have a 1998 cx with a d16y7. There was a oil leak coming from either the oil pan or the rear main seal. (in the Engine stiffner drain hole,/clutch cover)

I just did the oil pan gasket, and I paid a shop 350 to do the rear main Seal. So I'm not sure what they did, they seem like a shop that does good work.. I replaced the oil pan gasket, and it still leaked.
So they did the rear main seal, 2 weeks later it started leaking very slow again so i brought it back they re-did the oil pan gasket. 2 weeks later a very slow leaked appeared again.
At first the tech said he tought it was the transmission, but the leak was motor oil, but he couldn't figure where it would come from since he did the rear main and the oil pan.
so he re-torqued the oil pan bolts and saw I him using a hammer on the oil pan. He said drive around for a few days I can't tell where the leak is coming from.

In my head the only possible places are oil pan gasket /rear main seal which was probably not the honda one. I heard those things need to be installed perfectly and precisely and its easy to mess up. and Im pretty sure the tech didn't mess up on the oil pan gasket.

Should I pick up a Honda Rear main seal and have to reinstall it or?
Im stuck on what to do! stubborn leaks are a PITA.
any help/suggestions/feedback would be great
thanks for reading.

D16Y7's have some stupid oil pan gaskets and are really hard to install. I would remove it and double check it to make sure it didnt move upon installation. Did you put Honda bond on the outside and corners of the gasket? You must use RTV when doing a gasket, plus it helps keep it in place.

Y8's have some sweet oil pan gaskets though. You cant fck it up even if youre an idiot.

maybe they are overtightening the gasket, or not torquing it in specific order
