Default timing issue!??

So I think I have a timing problem but need some advice, car was running fine and all of a sudden, after changing my plugs, which I doubt caused it(used ngk gpower), my car stutters on freeway, feels weak, and misfired at idle and when I launch my car at 6K after releasing clutch it bogs down to 2K when normally it used to just increase(rpm's)...can this be a timing issue?

Its highly unlikely your timing just suddenly 'jumped' so I doubt its related.
