You probably mean the green/blue, [as there is no green/black] ECU/ECM control lead to fuel pump relays coil, it is a low current ground, no more then 250mA.
Are you connecting the relay to an alarm? 94

No its a remote control relay kinda like a switch with a remote the box says it has a 15 amp max. So can I connect it to the green/blue.
I went to the car and it was a yellow with a black stripe I was working on two things at once and got the colors mixed up

You could, but you do not need the relay, just install a small 1A on/off switch on the lead.
Better yet, install the switch on the black ground lead to the PGM-FI Main Relay, [ground for injector relays coil, also low current] it will kill the fuel pump, the fuel injectors, power to the ECU/ECM and power to a few engine sensors/valve solenoids.
A fuel pump kill is easily bypassed on any Honda/Acura, a hidden switch on the ground will "kill" more then just the fuel pump, making bypassing it a lot harder. 94

well this is a switch it just needs a 12v lead its one of http://www.logisyscomputer.com/views...M01&DID=REMOTE But the one I got does 15 amps could I still use it?
Not on a ground lead, that units output is 12V+, it would be used to power something, like a trunk release solenoid or hood lock, it is not what you need to do a "kill".
I guess you could install it on the power into the PGM-FI Main Relay as the power supply.
Cut yellow/green, connect the red lead to the power side of cut yellow/green and the white lead to the PGM-FI Main Relay side of cut yellow/green, now your "control device" will have to be turned on before there is power to the PGM-FI Main Relay. 94

Same as the black lead, your killing the fuel injector relay, just on the pos.(+) side of coil instead of neg.(-) side of coil, [black].
Just make sure you get the right yellow/green, there are two of them, one is the ign. input, [the one you want] and the other is the fuel pump power lead, as mentioned cutting fuel pump power is easily bypassed.
To tell the diff. turn on the ign. to run, do not start the car, once fuel pump has primed the system, [a few sec.] there will be power on only one of the yellow/greens, that's the one you want to cut and install your relay on. 94

O ok cause I already have a fuel cutoff so it should be the other one right. And so were on the same page its the one right above the pop hood handle
