hi can anyone by any chance give me a link to something that tells me about the how many times my maint reqd lights means. like for instance my maint reqd light flashed 7 times and it ment my TPS sensor was bad but now its flashing 11 so if anyone could send me a link telling me what the different number of blinks mean on my 1994 acura integra means that would be great thanks!!

 

This topic has been covered over and over again and given the same answers over and over again. SEARCH! But here's an answer. The Maintenance Required light is nothing but a reminder light to check things out. The maintenance light won't tell you if something is wrong. It goes off at a regular interval of 5k miles? Someone can verify this but yea, all it is is a reminder light. Now to get rid of this, there's a blue button under your dash below the steering wheel that you can hold while your car is on. Continue to hold until it goes away. Next time, search search search.

 

it starts flashing at first and goes away as a reminder that you should get Hodna/Acura Maintenance done soon. Later it come on and stays lit letting you know that it's time to get Maintenance done, and if you look in your car user manual you will see the schedule of each maintenance procedure and mileage when it will next come on

 

It comes on every 7500 miles or so you know when to get an oil change. That is all. The blue button under the dash where your right knee sits resets it. Hold the button and turn the ignition to the "acc" position until the light goes off.
This is the real answer.

Well thanks for the unneccessary answer I already knew but I must have gotten mixed up cause my friend did something so the light flashed a certain amount of times which told him what was wrong and I did "search search search" but all I found was posts like this.
