Default car won't start after 3mm HG, turbo, AEM

Ok so i finally got my car back together today.

Went from Stock to

3mm headgasket
1000rc injectors w/ resistor box
walbro fuel pump
mini-me w/ gt35r
gm 3bar map sensor.

AEM 1052.

I bought the entire kit used from a guy on the s2k board.

He took it off his car and i installed it on my car.

There's a map on the AEM and everything.

I checked for fuel presure, and spark. Both look good.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Make sure you installed the head properly.

those 3mm gaskets throw the cam timing off quite a bit so they wont ever line up right when you put the head back on, you have to eyeball it. Possibly cam timing off?

You adjusted the cam gear to compensate for the head gasket right?

Either way, sounds like an issue with the tune or install to me if the car does not start.

Do you have to link the AEM to the car to override the imobilizer?

no you dont have to do anything about the imobilizer, that **** is built into the ecu, take the ecu out, no more imobilizer.

I had to change resistor r2 and r4 on my ems to make it start consistently. my ems was a 1050 to start with though.

Communicate with the EMS and go to the start template and look for the parameter "stat sync" this will go "on" if the AEM see the correct timing from the Cam and Crank sensors (basically)... it will not fire off the coils or injectors until this happens... If you have fuel, air, spark and compression only thing left is timing ...GL

You might also what look for timing errors in the EMS... the best solution would be to find someone with some experience with tuning the EMS. One bad key stroke and you might be in the need for a motor build.
