Problem..Tie rod or other??
First let me say that a couple of years ago while I was sliding around in the snow I ended up running into a curb, hard enough to bend my steelie.
From looking I can't tell if anything is bent. My problem is that when I hit about 120 km/h, around 70 mph or so (gauge cluster is off a lil) the steering wheel shakes or probably more like vibrates and if I go a little faster it stops but then sometimes I can kinda feel it in the peddles. If it was the tie rod would it only cause vibrations and higher speeds? I don't have that much money to just drop it off at a shop and have them look at it and fix it. So if someone can help me pin point the problem I could probably fix it myself for less money.
My wheels should still be balanced since I haven't put too many miles on them. I know my rotors are a little warped and I have the parts to replace them just haven't had the time yet. I really don't know what else could be the problem. So thanks to anyone who can help me.

dont really thing it could be youre tie rods they dont really cause vibration. but you may want to check you wheels for balance weight may have come off. how much runout are youre rotors which can vibrate if there real bad, but youll feel it more in the pedals and strg wheel
strg wheel??
Well, these are different wheels than the ones I hit the curb with. I can check and see if any of the weights fell off the rim. I got these wheels last summer and use them for a few months last yr and then put them back on around March of this yr. They have summer tires so i switch em over the winter.
About the rotors, If im doing highway speeds (65-80) and hit the breaks kinda hard the steering wheel w/ shake.
The thing is I only feel the vibrations/shaking around 75 mph and if I go faster it kinda stops.

Well, I changed my rotors and pads today and it still vibrates. If it was my axles wouldn't it vibrate all the time and not only at around 70 mph? When it starts to happen it's only in the steering wheel. And when I go faster it stops.
This is really frustrating : (

why dont you take off your wheel and check for anything that may have gotten bent? it could just be your tires. when you faster than around 70, there rotational mass gets a little thinner, possibly taking away the vibrations. just some thoughts
