Default 95 accord manual tranny swap(HELP PLEASE)

i did a search and i found nothing useful.

ok so i just got done changing out a blown f22 for a lower mileage f22 and when i swapped over the tranny i put an exedy stage 2 clutch, everything is in place but now there is no pressure on the clutch what-so-ever. i already gravity blead the clutch. and blead the normal way but still nothing. it seems like the clutch is just stuck in the open position. like the ball bearing isnt touching the pressure plate. i need some serious help asap. any and all info would be greatly appreciated.

First of all, inspect the fork to see if there's any play. It should only be able to move back and forth with a good amount of pressure (which should be created by having fluid pressed in the slave cylinder).
Inspect the hard lines for any leaks, inspect the slave cylinder and the clutch's master cylinder.
Bleed the clutch system, use only dot3 brake fluid, do not reuse the fluid that has come out from the line.
When bleeding the system, do not press the clutch pedal all the way down, leave a bit of room (1 inch... let's say) before touching the floor. Do not press the pedal too fast, that won't help.
Be sure that you completelly removed trapped air from the lines, and let's see what happens.
