So.... I have the famous bouncing idle problem, did some research on HT and found how to clean the IAC and FITV. Did IAC first because I already knew how to do it ( helped a friend clean his a while back). Then I went to clean my FITV....only its not there. The three 10mm bolt holes are there but there is nothing there. Now I'm not 100% positive that my car has one, but I thought older (OBD1/OBD0) would have them for sure. Engine is a DOHC ZC with stock intake manifold for it. Would not having this make the idle problem continue to happen?

^apparently... So I cleaned out the IAC and it was working fine for a bit now it's back to doing the same roaming idle but significantly smaller jumps, was 250-1700 RPM before, now its only 1000-1400. Guess I'll try cleanining it more thoroughly... Still confused about the FITV tho

Hows the throttle cable look? I was a victim and so were a few other people on this forum that had a throttle cable issue binding.
