Default 95 Accord swap? H22A??

I was wondering if the H22a engine would fit in a 95 Accord. I have a f22b2 in it right now, and id like to get an engine with more hp before i start adding parts...cuz the engine i have now would be useless to tune. Any suggestions such as another engine you think i should put in would be appreciated.

Let me help you out before you get flamed to a crisp. At the top of this Accord section in where the topics are at the top of the list you'll see an Accord FAQ's section, that has all the information you would need to figure out whether or not you can do the swap, where to get the stuff, how to do it and even what parts you need or might not need to complete it.

I will add the link to my build thread for you to check out.

Can I fit blah blah blah an H22 blah blah blah into my blah blah blah Accord blah blah blah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes it fits.

Why is the F22B2 useless to tune? The H22 is just as useless to tune in stock form. You may want to do a bit more research into what makes an engine tunable.

Throw a turbo at that useless F22B2. It would cost you roughly the same as a stock, 160whp, H22 swap. You could be putting down to the ground with that useless F22B2. Sure 300whp is useless, if you don't know how to handle it.

Go H23A DOHC VTEC! Just saying since you wanted to know what else to swap.

ok, well i'd rather start with a stock engine with more hp, and have it take longer to finish, then start with an engine with lower hp and in the end not have as much hp. start low and build up go the quick way...or start big and have a better outcome? that just my thinkin on it.

F22B DOHC, H23A, K24Z6, H22A, F20B will all fit in your 95 Accord. They all have the same opportunity for power in the end. All depends on what you want to spend.
