MY CAR BURNT!!!! Due to at converter!
so ya basically i was driving home on the freeway with a spare tire and was really tired so i pulled over and took a nap... i guess since the spare tire was so small and the cat converter was so hot it caused the brush under my car to ignite a fire and burnt the car from front to back. i woke up with minor scratches and burns and hoped out of the car... who should i be mad at? honda? anyways it was crazy the bomb squad showed up and everything . waiting to go junkyard and take photos...
Please provide an accurate account of what happened. I take it you have a vtec model with the catalytic convertor mounted under the car, with the factory heat shields left on the convertor. I have never heard of anything like this before, were you running the car extremely rich in fuel ratio, causing it to run hotter?
He hit VTEC during his dream causing the brush fire... Gotta love VTEKK! LOL
sorry for the mishaps... Next time try a gas station or a rest stop.

I'm sorry for your situation, but you can't really blame Honda. Its kind of common sense not to park in tall grass when the car is hot, in fact I am pretty sure thats why its illegal to park in certain areas where there is lots of tall grass prevalent.
