Ok its a 95 integra w/ poor mans type r and im not getting the alternator to charge the batter, me and a buddy put 3 new alternators in it and no change with the lack of charging so its not the alternator itself.

He pulled the harness and no burnt or broken wires, it is putting out 8V at 2k rpm on the car but 13.5 on a bench tester. Any ideas?
