i was wandering because i need a half radiator and i bought a 92-95 civic one and its too tall, because the botom hit the crossmember, maybe tilt it? let me know how you guys did this, thanks

 

i have heard you have to tilt it back or cut out the bottom support crossmember and just weld it in there lower.

 

Why don't you do the Dodge Neon radiator?

LOL, try the neon one. I posted a pic of mine all leaned back (92-95 PWR Civic Rad in a 90 CRX DX) and it loks ghey. I mean I like it. But its too ghetto fabulous to copy. If leaned back and secured though, I mean you have the room......

 

yes i cut my radiator in half... worked and looked great untill i put coolant in it.. pissed all over the ground... eg radiators were talking about... gotta mod the front crossmember for it to clear. also i beliebe you have to swap the fan or fan connector

 

I turbocharged my ZC in my 89 CRX Si. I used the half size radiator out of a 98 civic in order for the turbo to fit. The only problem I ran into is that the radiator is taller.
