RANT: About a shop in CA called Upgrade Engineering.... horror story
Well I placed an order for RC 440cc saturated injectors with clips the 2nd of this month.... was oringally told it would take a few days to ship out (Tim was the guy that took my order)... well a week passes and I haven't recieved anything. I keep calling them and days would go by where I could not get in touch with "Tim" since he's the only one that can help me with whats going on with my order...
I keep calling and find out they are going on vacation at the end of the week for a week.... needless to say I never got in touch with tim and left numerous messages and they said he would call back.... Well I never got a call back and had no idea if they shipped them or not... well after they get back from vacation 2 1/2 weeks later I try calling him ALL week and get in touch with him once, complain at this point wondering where the hell my injectors are and he says they shipped to the wrong address.... I smell bullshit and say well ship them NEXT DAY since you fucked everything up already and give him my address again (this was on last friday).. monday goes by NOTHING, call all day and can't get tim on the phone.... tuesday (today) goes by and still NOTHING and I still can't get tim on the phone..
Now I am fed up, waiting 25 days and still nothing can't even get this ******* on the phone to cancel my order. So I just called up my CC company and am having them reverse the payment and investigate them, in other words I'll have my money back in 4 days thankfully since they will have no proof or confirmation that anything was sent to me, because it wasn't..
For ANYONE in the cali area, or who are thinking about ordering from these ********* don't waste your time, they have the most HORRIBLE customer service I've EVER come across in my life.... Please don't use these people to buy your parts or tune/build your car cause apparently they do that also.... ok I'm done ranting, thank you.
