Default does an yone have a picture of an ls distributor cut for vtec head

i am building a obd1 lsvtec using a 95 ls block and a 00 si b16 head. i am going to reuse my stock b18b distributor until i can afford to but a new dohc vtec one. i pulled off my vtec solenoid to see which way the distriboutr fits best. its my understanding that i would have to cut the leg that would be hitting the vtec sel. but should the other two holes line up because mine dont. it seems like whatever poisiton i put it in i can only get one hole to line up.

i dsearched in her, i googled the topic and i serched google answers and i havend come up with one definate answer. just looking for a pic to see the best position

If I understand right the top leg is the only one that will bolt up. I will say the internals will swap over from the LS distributor so you really only need the vtec dizzy housing and cap. I paid 15.00 for mine.

yeah i ended up cutting it. ill take pics soon
i bolted on the top screw and i cut off the leg next to the vtec cylender
the i sliced open the back leg and use a pice i cut from the front leg and i put a screw in there to screw it in so i actually have 2 screws holing it on. works good
