As to asking about the 97-99mph...I was at Sears last week...and I let off the brake while staged and it red lighted me. So I drove forward a bit pissed...and said f*ck it/punched it til the end of the track. Trap speed was like 97+mph.

Yup, on slicks 97mph can put you in the high 13's. I did 13.8 @ 98 mph on crappy *** 20" slicks. I also did 13.7 @ 105mph on street tires. (Two different engine set-ups)

I was told I can surely run a very low 12 or even a high 11 with that trap. This guy really is reliable , he said that it would have to be a almost perfect run but I could do the low 12 high 11 range for sure. Is he wrong? Why do you say that only mid to high 12's are possible. I know cars making much less HP and TQ runnin 12.60-12.70's.
I'll give u one anyways

I just guessed because i have a friend that used to run those numbers. He would have consistent 12.70s @ 112mph. It's possible that you can run low 12s with that mph too, but it all depends on slicks, weight, setup. (Basically its almost different for every car.)
