I recently purchased an msd dist cap to be used with my m&w pro10 external coil set up. I went on MSD's website and used their image to find the cap model that i needed for my dist. well i ordered the 82923 (for my obd1 b16a motor) cap which is for mostly everything but 94-01 gsr's. well upon receiving it, i tried to install the cap but noticed that it was somewhat small and wouldnt line up with any of the screw holes.

I am at a lost and not sure what to do next or what to get. has anyone ran into this problem?

 

you're supposed to get a gsr cap.
