Default Still grinding

Okay honda has replaced pretty much everything except for 1st,4th,5th,6th,and reverse.I just put my 500 mi break in period on it and i still grind in 2nd and 3rd????? Could it be my clutch? I ordered a new one but it took so long to get here they had to put the car back together before i got it...I just had all new shift forks put in it.Why am i still grinding?(BTW I can drive the car...also the clutch pedal is all the way to the floor befor i shift i made sure of that.) I have to wait like 3 or 4 sec to shift then it wont grind.... Thanks in advance for yalls help.

Because Honda built a POS tranny. What fluid are you using and did you make sure it's full? Good luck btw, I'd be pissed if I had just had a rebuild and it was doing the same thing.

I find, for whatever reason, it goes through phases.

I'll go a couple weeks where the tranny will feel great, and then I'll go a couple weeks where I'll be popping 2nd and 3rd no matter how I drive.

it might be your synchros. Also do as already listed above check you tranny fluid level.

if it was the clutch then i'd think it would grind in every gear, not just 2nd and 3rd . what exactly got replaced this last time? just the actual 2nd and 3rd gears, and that's it?

it might be your syncro. after syncro replace, I still grind 2nd very sometime.
I replace my syncro after that, no more noise from changing my gear. But sometime grind on 2nd gear.

I think torque damper will help? maybe?

try adjusting your clutch pedal.
it may not be fully disengaged when the pedal is all the way down??
cuz my old em2 had this problem.

slave cylinder on this car blows. If only there was an adjustable slave cylinder available. And adjustable slave cylinder would clear your problem right up.
