P0171 Fuel System Too Lean help!!!

This is the code i got. It said bank 1. Not sure what to fix.

check for vacuum leak, use vacuum hand pump, check fuel pressure check oxygen sensor with a scan tool, multimeter, or dso. use propane to richen the mixture to see if the oxygen sensor is responsive

Also look for an exhaust leak near or upstream of the primary O2 sensor.

K so i claeaned the o2 sensor and cleared the code. I also found that sensor that supposed to be in the intake piping hanging. Would that cause the cel to come on???

K so it wasnt any of that. I gonna change my injectors this weekend. Maybe its clogged. The owner before me was running a cold air intake pipe and the filter was full of dirt. So maybe the injectors are dirty.
