I went to install some springs on my 00' Civic coupe last night. After changing the first three without a problem we got the the back passenger side. Go figure every bolt was frozen in the LCA and the strut/spring assembly. I already have located a LCA and the needed bolts.

My question is, can I use a rear strut from an EG??? I know someone that has one and I am just using this car for a daily driver.

Any help is appreciated!

You can but you will need to use a pair of shims on each side of the bushing... the EG/DC2 fork is wider because the busing is bigger.

and what about the fronts will they be able to bolt right up?

 

Skunk2 Sport Shocks, Pro S and Pro C Coilovers for the EG, DC2, and EK are all the same... We include shims in the package so they can be used on the EK chassis. EG and DC2 owners throw them away because they are not needed.
