Default HELP!!! with custom single turbo exhaust setup

looking for some help on exhaust size from heads to collector and collector to turbo for custom turbo exhaust. i know theres guys on here that really know there ****, so for those who do please help.

Motor run down..
built 3.15 v6 6g72, 8.3:1 compression, fully ported and polished heads,1mm oversized exhaust (31.5mm) and intake (36.5) valves, 272 cams, kiggly springs (rpm 8000-8500), E85 Fuel + 50-75 shot nos, 1650cc bluemax inj, Turbo-PTE6765SP billet DBB T4 (35-40psi), looking for 800awhp. Car is fully gutted, should be around 3000lbs, primarily use will be on the street, but occasionally track.

i have the header flanges, they transition to 1 7/8" pipe. I want good spool, but dont want to effect to much top end just in case i want to go bigger turbo. Thanks for the help!!!

Yes, that was the plan. Can u give me a run down on what size piping u used, what turbo, and are u happy with it performance wise?

1.5" sched 10 primaries into 2.5" crossover pipe and the turbo is a 6765 billet with a 3" exhaust for now, i'll go to a 4" later, its going to be a bitch to make it fit but doable.
the car isnt running yet so i cant say anything about performance.

if your looking for 800 to the wheels i wouldnt worry too much about having a quick spool. build it for max flow and let the nitrous take care of the spool up, other than that the russian pretty much gave you the whole recipe, now start cookin!

with a 3.15L engine it should actually spool that turbo rather quickly. it's got a decent amount of displacement to help get the turbo spinning!

wait till you see one with a 3.7L spooling a 6765 billet
