Reasonable price?

07 civic si with some scratches around the car, second owner, 27,000 miles, test drove and tranny clutch engine fine --> $15,500?

your thoughts please.

Ehhh. What color is the car? I guess it depends on how bad/deep the scratches are.

the car is black and the scratches aren't THAT bad. i'm pretty sure i can get most of them buffed out and detailed?

That is a fair deal.
The most that the bank will loan you is $15,800 for either a coupe or a sedan.
