New to the CRX sceen.....What to get
I'm finally ready to go and buy my first car. Recently the CRX has caught my attetion, I think it'll be a great car to own. My only problem is that I know nothinging about CRX's.
What CRX should I get? Keep in mind that I dont have tons of money to throw around and would, at most, like to spend about $2.5. Let me know what you suggest.

what are you planning on doing with the car, if its stictly for racing. get a DX or an HF. if you want more of just a every day car, go with the Si, its a little quicker than the DX, has a sunroof and its a big more fancy...

Get an SI model, any year. But the 90-91s have rear discs. Try for one that hasnt been wrecked. Mileage doesnt matter on these cars. You should be able to pick up a nice crx si for 2500.
Id get one thats somewhat modded, cause thats just less you have to do/spend. But some people dont like modded cars, cause chance of mistreated.
And dont settle for less

The Si model hands down! They dyno @ 100hp stock which means Honda underated the engine. Their quicker and nicer than the other models plus they come with a sunroof and like dude said the 90-91 Si have disc brakes at all for corners. So basicly their faster, more comfortable, and the stop faster. IT'S JUST AN ALL AROUND KICK *** CAR!!!!
I plan for this car to be a primaraly a cruzing and everyday car. So I guess I'll go with a SI. Now that I have that setteled....
You guys have any suggestions on how to go out looking for the car. What to look for and such. Any replies help. And thanks you guys who've responded.

Ya si's are sweet, they are pretty quick stock, fun to drive, easy to work on, and easy to mod . The ac works great! and the sunroof is nice. Mine is an 89 and dosn't have rear disc brakes but that dosn't realy matter. I got mine for 3,200 w/ 125000 miles. and had most of the stuff below (looks new)
