Default Which cams SHOULD I use?

Can anyone suggest some cams for me to purchase... I was thinking that I might need some bigger cams... I am not sure about the current compression ratio but I believe its around 11:5?

what did the car make with those cams ? do u have a dyno graph of when it was tuned ?

Well they werent degreed when I had it tuned with those cams. I made 192whp and 150wtq.

Now that I am going to have them degreed I figured that I should just get more aggressive cams.

The car is a DD and I run 93octane. I don't mind rough idle either. I am looking for 220-230whp

What are your goals with your set up? Street/drag? Daily driver? Well, you can't boost with your current 11.5:1, pre-ignition will be a problem with that compression.

look through the B20 dyno threads and you'll see a pretty consistent choice for cams.

For the larger displacement I would even go up to skunk2 pro2's

What header are you using? Hopefully a big tube tri-y type...

I have a hytech anti reversion header with a t1r exhaust.

if i got pro2s, would i need to switch out my current valvetrain? or would i be ok?

sks2 are a good cam set. If I were you, I would look at getting a 3" exhaust.

i would prob go with PRO1s if you dont want to degree anything in, or PRO2s if you can handle that.

This time the motor will be clayed/degreed. If I went with the PRO2s, would I need to change out my Supertech Valvetrain for Skunk2 Pro Series Valvetrain?

you need to check coilbind specs, but IIRC no, you dont have to.

Only the PRO3s really need the PRO valvetrain
