Can any d-series oil pan work for a z6...need to know asap

 

i think it does but go to a parts store and see if the part numbers are the same

 

not all d series pans are the same...y7/8 oil pans are different from d16z6/b7/b8 pans

so if you have a y7/8 pan you will need a pan for that

or if u have a z6/b7/b8 they will work...

i also think i saw somewhere that pans from like the late 80s will also work since they are the same pattern
