Default Jump timing??? 92 DA B18c1 swap

Got a 92 DA seems to have jumped timing.. im a noob to imports but not cars(old dude) HELP me out with all the info you can on timing this eng. Where the cam gears point, where is the timing belt tensioner, how to check timing. Any pics or links would be great.
Reason i think its jump timing: lose of power, valve train noise, timing belt real loose.

B18c1 bottom end
GSR crank and rods
CTR .25 over pistons (PCT)
ARP head studs
ITR water pump
B16A oil pump
NEW tensioner
DC sports 4-1 header

head:
B16A head, ported and polished, 5 angle valve job
ITR cams
ITR valve springs and retainers
ITR injectors
B16 intake

the 2 cam gears have markings on them that says up those are both suppose to be up. then their should be 2 lines on the side that have to line up look closely you'll see them. and make sure the cylinder #1 is at tdc and the tensionor is on the side its more in the bottom cover it should be a 14[on mines its a 9/16] good luck its worth giving it a try

I have seen Bseries jump time and break belts with no damage. Granted most do have damage, but not always everytime. MY#1 put the motor at TDC using the crank pulley and the mark on the outside of the lower timing cover. THen remove the valve cover and upper timing cover. The cams should both say up at 12 oclock and the cam gears have hash marks at 9 and 3 oclock. The two hash marks should line up like this
up up
- - - - . Here is a link. Good luck http://autorepair.about.com/library/a/1f/bl100f.htm I know it is not exactly the same but I hope it helps.
