not to sound dumb or anything, but what does the crank pulley look like, and do i need a tourque wrench to get this all back on, or just regular.. and what about the valve cover, does that use torque? Thank you.

well ive been able to do most of this myself, and everything works fine. Dont treat me like im stupid. Oh yea, and does the valve cover need to be tightened with a torque wrench or not?

As far as the valve cover you don't necessarily need a torque wrench. Just be real careful. If you go to tight you will break the stud. If you do decide to use a torque wrench then it is 7 ft/lb.

ull need either some good luck or a imapct gun to bust the nut off the crank pulley..thats the big wheel next to the black cover!! ull also have to lossen the the alternator and a/c belts before removing the pulley.. then theres 2 10mm bolts yank it off...make sure u recover everything that was dropped in there!!
when i first got my zc i dropped sumtin in there and when i took out all that stuff i still couldnt find it...turned out it was behind the tensioner pully..

Where could i get the nut piece and the little gasket thing for the valve cover? Also would i just be able to get these and forget about the parts in the bottom, or will it **** somethin up?
Just make sure that you do not even crank the engine until this is taken care of. A wayward screw in this part of the engine can wedge itself in the timing belt and cause major damage.

yea, i just dont know how the hell im going to get them out, would it be possible to jack up the car, and cut a small hole in the bottom of the plastic and see what i can get at from there? This is insane.. Anyone know where i can find instructions how to take the crank pulley off and what not, and what torque wrenches to use.. i need to do this fast, i need to use my car.
helms manual from an 87-89 integ. or just go down to your local parts store and look for chilton manual.

nope didnt start it. Im not that dumb. Just need the info to take of the crank pulley so i can get the **** out, so i can start it.
Here ya go. I don't know what year your car is but i'm pretty sure most all hondas have the access hole. Jack the front of the car up and remove the drivers front wheel. Inside the fender well you'll find a small hole that provides access to the nut that holds the crank pulley on. There might still be a plastic plug in the hole. Use the impact gun and the shortest extension possible to remove the bolt. Lots of swearing might help since that bolt is one of the tightest known to man. Once its off, you can wiggle the pulley out and then you can get to the little bolts that hold the plastic belt cover on. If you need more details, check out my site. You'll find the factory 88-91 crx manuals under the garage section.

if i take off the belts, is it hard or will they come right off? Also do i have to put them back in a certain way? Thank you.
Nah it's easy... I just loosened the AC Adjuster and loosened the Alternator adjuster and popped off the belts. BTW... when installing... please install the inner most belts first
Good Luck.

Thanks i think im gonna need the luck. LOL ran into another prob, i cant get the damn car jack under the car.. so what can i do? Rofl.. also where is a good place to put the car jack?
Try using the tie downs brackets under the front bumper. They should be a little higher than the lift points behind the front wheels.
