okay so at like 6k rpm it starts to sputter and puffs of black smoke and some times a flame comes out the tail pipe. i have replaced. spark plugs, wires, roter, fuel filter, coil, map sensor. still not working right. 2 of the 5 bolts in the down pipe are being used the others are broken so i have a leak. could it be a bad fuel pump? mabey a cloged cat? what yalls opinon?

what is your air fuel ratio at 6k rpm? sounds way rich.
are the plugs black, does it smell like fumes bad?

 

yeah its way rich even at idal. the plugs are black, and some times white

 

sometimes white? Is this veh tuned?

 

like when it mean its over heating. no i dont think the veh has been tuned.. could the sputter be back very bad exhasut leak in the turbo mani?

 

no that sputter means your getting way rich in boost or even just driving and you will sputter and almost stall if your in boost and its alot
get a wideband and get it tuned, at least get a pretuned $30 chip from xeoncron
