Default Experience with Pre-Painted bumpers?

So, I'm looking to get some feedback from anyone that has purchased a pre-painted bumper, more specifically from ebay. I've searched on this forum, but can't seem to find any reviews or pictures from people who have actually purchased any. I'd like to get my bumpers painted, but don't have the option of leaving my car at a shop, nor do i want to drive around without them on the car while I wait for them to be painted. Plus, it seems like a cheaper alternative. Anyone who's gone this route, how was the fitment/color matching? any pics would be great.

After a brief Search (hint)

Mixed feedback from a few threads:

Do any of you have experiance with OEM style aftermarket bumpers and body parts?? I am just wondering because they are alot cheaper then OEM honda, and seem to (from what I heard) fit alright.
mine fit alright. I just had my body shop do some trimming on certain parts to make it flush properly.

for exmaple. where the grill is the left side had way too much extra plastic on it. they lowered it and it looks more oem now.
i have a complete aftermarket front end (baught a crashed em2) on my 02 civic everything line up perfect
long story short. taht ebay parts turned out to be utter ****.
got a full refund for it though.
bought OEM parts, went to a body shop, had them paint it.
be wary of ebay bumpers, they are not "OEM" fitment, and often require you to "beg" it to fit.
Sounds like a crapshoot.

I've always wondered this myself. I guess I'll just have the bodyshop paint it.

Ok I Got one From ebay prepainted about 6 months ago. The wife was rear ended and tore the bumper, insurance did not notice that the bumper was torn underneath and the clips on the bumper around the lights were busted. Long story short i got just under 400 bucks. So i opted Ebay. The price was where i needed it under 300 i believe. Shipped in about a week after order. Got the bumper it was wrapped like ****!!!. I mean a box cut and taped on the ends and middle and shrink wrapped. Before i took the plastic and cardboard off of it the corners were scratched so i took pictures. Got it unwrapped and Cleaned it with detail spray. Put it in the sun and holy **** the orange peel, trash, and fish eye's. I was pissed. So i took more pics and emailed the company. They were astonished probably that i caught all these defects. I used to be an inspector at my old job so attention to detail was key. After all the email's they asked me if i wanted them to paint a new one or what they could do to please me. So i told them the bumper by its self was only like 100 to purchase unpainted on ebay. So I wanted the rest of the money back. Guess what they did it, paypal'd my money back so i got a painted bumper for 100 bucks. I gave them a good feedback like a nice guy that walked away on top. The bumper was not really bad but it did have defects that it should not have had. My car is an 01 and the paint matched perfect. So if your not too bothered by a little fish eye and trash buy it. If it comes to you with fish eye and scratched make them give you the money back for the paint and tell them you will have a body shop repaint it. I know this was long, but the truth must be told. I probably would do it again if i had to since it is still cheaper than repair from a body shop. O yeah fitment. It fits ok i am having a problem with the passenger side behind the tire staying clipped but it may just be from the accident. Another thing it did have sharp edges since they did not sand the edges so look for this as well, All pic below are the new bumper out of the packaging.
