Trannies are easy to take apart it's getting them back together that's tricky lol.
For the cams try contacting Exospeed, I think Wil still works there, he's a great guy.

You're not going to find many people or even places that still do DOHC ZC cams. We do have a few grinds for the DOHC ZC, but you do have to send us your cam core so we can do the grind on that. We cant use USDM Cams, it has to be the JDM DOHC ZC cams.
We're in Valencia by Magic Mtn. You're free to come to the shop or you can send your cam to us. It takes 4-5 days to do the grind.
Good luck!

I'm gonna be honest, the ZC stuff, I dont have dyno graphs anymore. We did these grinds back in 98-99 and got dyno sheets in paper only, which we had to put on a scanner. LOL remember those.
And I dont talk about ZC stuff much since theyve died out the last few years. I can saw we sell maybe 3-4 ZC grinds per year only.
The gains are good though. Theyre based on our LS cams actually. We have our stage 2 which is for street/aggressive. Gains are about 8-10 to the wheels with basic bolt ons and tuning.
Stage 3 is a bit more wilder. Wilder idle but driveable. Gains are 12-15 to the wheels.
Keep in mind these numbers were dynojet numbers on just cam gear and fuel pressure regulator tuning which we did in the early 2000s. I'm sure tuners can get more out of these cams with the engine managements available today. Our tuning back then was 80% at best in my opinion with limited tuning tools.
