You should have already done it based on age, not mileage. Assuming you haven't done it already.

Timing Belts as well as most items have an age and mileage listed. It's rubber and can deteriorate.

I believe it's 7/8 years or 80k-100k miles, whichever comes first. I don't know what it is exact for the J series motor but it is before 11 years haha.
