88-00 civic brake UPGRADE package
If you have any 88-00 civic or del sol with rear drums, you know how much of a hassle it is to service them. The most practical way around this is to upgrade from drums to disk.
I have 2 set of trailing arms and 2 4040 proportion valve for sale.
Read on below for details.
Honda part #46210-SK7-Q014040
This brake proportion valve came from a 91 Integra LS 3dr (non-ABS) with 17CL14VN front calipers and 7CLP13S rear calipers.
This is a MUST if your are upgrading your civic drums to disk.
This part cost $170 new from the dealership... I'm selling it for $35.
I have 2 sets, one from DA, another from EG ex. Both are in the same condition. Needs new rotors, calipers, pads. I include the calipers so that when you get new calipers from Autozone/ORiley's/NAPA, you can get discount for having a core.
Please note:
1) The Integra trialing arm with disk brake is 8lbs more each side compared to stock Civic drums. However, the Civic trailing arm with disk is a 5lbs lighter than the Integra trailing arms with disk.
2) If you get the DA one you'll also need to by new trailing arm bushing honda #52385-SK7-N02 for $35.60
3) If you get the EG EX one (which is the same for all EF/EG/EK/DC/CRV) you will need to get new trialing arm bushing honda #52385-S21-003 for $34.95
Both work the same and is a great upgrade for any 88-00 civic/del sol which did not come with disk brakes.
$75 each set... you will not find a deal like this at all.
I have plenty of vouches. I take Paypal, MO or cash.
Thanks, Charlie Moua

Yes either one (eg ex/da) will work. It's just a matter of which one will still be avaible when you decied you want it.
For ek, you keep your stock UCA, LCA, and tow controller arm. you will need to get new calipers, pads, 9.4' rotors & OEM trailing arm bushing as I mentioned already. You will also need to get EK-Si or DC e-brake cable. Or you can buy them new but it will cost about $60 for both at Autozone. Also get the 4040 ppv. You can keep your 7/8 mc but I would encourage you to upgrade to the 15/16 MC. Your stock brake booster would be fine.
I would be willing to drive out as far as Hudson to deliver them. Thanks much.
