Default b20b bearing question?

i bought a b20b for my teg after my ls threw a rod and we just got it put in and and when we fired it up it had very slight rod knock. you could barely hear it. so i cut it right off, and replaced the bearings. then fired it up again and still has knock. any suggestions?

In order to run oversized bearings, you're going to need to have the crank turned and resurfaced. Are you sure you used the correct bearings? (Brown, red, yellow, pink, etc)

did you check the clearances when you were rebuilding the motor you should have usually if the clearance is bad the motor knocks right when you turn it on.

well, you'd need to put in the right color bearings in the first place... you should check into that.

yea i pulled the pan again tonite and when you pull on piston number 2 you can see a little movement. but its just on that one rod. the crank is not scared up or anything. and ill have to look into the color bearings. does anybody know what color is for a 97 b20b? thanks guys
