How would you describe the finish on stock EM1 (99-00 Civic Si) wheels?

They seem too shiny to be called plain silver or bright silver paint.

However they don't seem shiny enough to be called fully polished.

So how would you describe the finish?

Its a machined face with clearcoat paint.

Same as most shiny AL OEM wheels, actually.

Except I was going to say "brushed aluminum" which might not be as bright.
