i bought a 99 civic hatch with the d16y7 last month and the previous owner had put one of those clear blue moroso dist. caps on it. im tryin to put a stock black one on and the bottom screw on the moroso cap is rusted and rounded off. does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the screw out?

 

take out the entire distributor. remove the 2 screws on the cap that are not frozen. Break off the clear cap all the way as close as possible to the rusted/rounded off screw. clamp the rusted/rounded off screw with a vice grip and loosen and try to take it off that way.
